Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes how this site handles information about its visitors, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Site nature and information collection

This site is informational. There is no user registration, no account system, and no systematic tracking of visitor activity beyond aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics described below.

Contact form: messages sent by email

The site has a Contact page where you can send me a message. When you submit the form:

• Your name, email address, and message body are transmitted to my inbox via Resend, a transactional email service.
• Your email address is retained only if the conversation continues and turns into a client relationship. If it does not, the message is discarded.
• If you become a client, your email address is kept locally on my working machine and in my email provider's inbox, not on this site or on any third-party CRM.
• The information is used solely to respond to your message and maintain the resulting business relationship.

How information is used

Any personal information collected (the contact details of clients) is used only for the following purposes:

• Replying to inquiries.
• Business communication related to services I provide to clients.
• Service-relevant updates directly tied to engagements.

The information is not used for any other purpose. Specifically:

• No unsolicited marketing emails are sent.
• Personal information is not transferred or sold to third parties and is not traded.
• The information is not used for any purpose unrelated to the service you requested.

Third-party services

The site is built as a static page and relies on a small number of third-party services to function. Each is named here so you can review their own policies if you wish:

• Cloudflare Pages hosts the site. Cloudflare may log request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and operations purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy .
• Cloudflare Turnstile runs an invisible anti-bot challenge on the contact form to prevent spam. It does not track you across sites.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics produces aggregate visitor statistics. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personally identifying information.
• Resend handles the contact form's email delivery. Your message passes through Resend's infrastructure on its way to my inbox. See Resend's privacy policy .

Information security

I take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or theft. Information is kept on systems with appropriate protections in place.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of technical cookies for security and bot mitigation; these do not identify you and are not used for profiling. You can block cookies via your browser settings, though some site features may behave differently if you do.

Your rights under the Privacy Protection Law

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you may:

• Request to view the personal information held about you (if any).
• Request to correct or update inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information from my records.
• Receive an orderly copy of the information held about you.
